Long the epicenter of the tax lien investing industry, Florida counties hold their auctions each June. Data typically becomes available for access in DigiPan in early May. In 2017, 586,838 Florida certificates were listed in the platform, with a total face value just over $1 billion, and a total assessed value of $57.47 billion.
